Aims and Scope
2026-08-09
The Journal of Law, Commerce & Economics provides an international forum for original doctrinal, empirical, comparative, theoretical, and interdisciplinary research. We welcome work that clarifies legal rules, examines institutions and markets, evaluates commercial and public policy, or connects legal analysis with economic and business evidence.
Submissions may be written in English, French, or Arabic. Research articles, review essays, case and legislation notes, and book reviews are considered within the journal’s scope.
