Submissions Are Open

The Journal of Law, Commerce & Economics invites original research articles, comparative studies, case-law analyses, and interdisciplinary scholarship in law, business, commerce, economics, and public policy. Submissions may be made throughout the year in English, French, or Arabic. Authors should review the Author Guidelines and submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. All manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening and, when suitable, double-anonymous peer review.
